Hi Ken,
I just wanted to update you with our Internet figures for the year 2005.
My SBI Web site keeps growing and continues to deliver wonderful new patients
to my dental office each month (now averaging over 25 legitimate new patients
per month from the Internet!).
As you may remember, we reported over $115,000 in additional
income from dental patients who found us online in the year 2004.
Well, for the year 2005, we grew 57% in Web based business. Our cash-in-the-bank revenue
increased from $115,000 last year to over $180,000 this year, from work done for patients
who found us on the Internet. Meanwhile, our marketing expenses (Google AdWords) have
remained constant, at under $1000 per month.
Remember, Ken, the "new 2005" income figures do not
include all the work we have done on SBI patients who originally found us on the
Internet in the years 2003 and 2004, who have stayed with the practice and who
continue to come in for regular dental care.
What pleases me most about this is that my SBI Web site keeps getting
stronger, delivering more and more free traffic. I know you
advise "high ROI" businesses such as ours to supplement the free traffic with PPC. In
fact, my wife and I are thinking about discontinuing the PPC marketing
altogether, since the natural search is so successful now.
If you get a minute, please thank every one at SiteSell for all the hard work
they have put in to make this happen. When your programmers work through their
weekends, they may not know that this has had such an incredible effect out
in the field.
