BUILDING A TRAVEL RELATED WEBSITE

"No dejes para mañana lo que puedas hacer hoy."

This very wise saying encourages you to do it today if you are able.
Circumstances may keep you from doing it tomorrow.

Hi Ken,

This time I am not really writing to you. I want to share an important message to people who read my case-study. I write this from the heart...

It's hard to believe it's been a year since my last update. I have actually been "off" work for 12 months. A few life-changing events occurred that gave the word "time" a very different meaning for me. And they bring me to this bittersweet update.

Hopefully, after reading my news, you will have an even more meaningful reason to start building a real business that works for YOU.

Just a short thought before I go on...

In most web hosting or business opportunity websites, you will find the same old testimonials by people who carry on about how many fancy cars they drive, where they vacation, and how many other material possessions they have acquired through their business. It's the same story time and time again.

Don't you ever wonder if they're true?

I can go on and on about success and what we plan to do with the additional income from the business. But that's not my goal for this update...

By sharing my particular situation, I want to help you to see that money is only one of the benefits that your dedication, paired with SBI!, will bring into your life and those you love.

As I cared for my parents, SBI! was also there.

A year ago, life and family were great and my business was growing. I was very close to having three full successful websites completed and I had a new project in the works, too.

Last November, I was devastated when my mother who was also my best friend was diagnosed with cancer. She had only 6 months to 1 year left to live.

I changed my schedule and daily routine in order to care for my parents in the same loving way they had cared for me.

One afternoon while sitting at my mother's bedside, I was deep in thought counting my blessings. (On the list, SBI! and the wonderful team at SiteSell were in the top 10.)

If you have been the primary caregiver of a physically fragile parent, then you know how this can dramatically change your life. Although it is very satisfying to care for your loved ones, it can be emotionally difficult and physically draining at times. Depending on your financial status, your finances could also be dramatically altered.

I have read that the average caregiver is a female in her mid-50's. Caregivers lose an average of 46% of their income due to cutting down work hours, taking time off work and, for some, giving up the job in order to provide proper care for a parent.

I saw the painful sacrifices first hand within my own family...

I observed my siblings' stress grow when they had to choose to go to work instead of spending time with my mother. They knew that my mother's time was limited with us unless a miracle occurred. It was always a difficult choice to leave her room.

With all this said, you probably have a pretty good idea of the new and greatest benefit of my SBI! sites; I did not have to choose to work over the precious time I had left with my mother and father.

When I was not able to work, SBI! kept on working for me.

My SBI! sites kept on working day and night even when I wasn't able to focus on them. The traffic continued to grow, sponsors kept coming in, business opportunities still knocked on my door, and income continued to not only come in but to grow as well.

Yes... the income grew.

As your site matures, and you build more content, the search engines give you more credibility and traffic continues to grow naturally and freely (no charge!). Google ASense and affiliate income are great because as long as you have traffic, the income continues to come in.

The nature of my websites, which is travel, requires some updating. I solved that problem by hiring a friend and training her so that she could do minor updates, respond to advertising inquiries and send invoices. These tasks only took her a few hours per week to do.

When I had the time, I read SiteSell's newsletters to find wonderful surprises of new tools that they created to make our websites more functional, user-friendly, easy to maintain, and most of all, successful.

SiteSell launched an exciting tool called Content 2.0. It allows my site visitors to make content contributions, which they love to do, and the search engines love to see fresh content, too. So, even when I was not able to create more Web pages, SBI! made a way for the site to keep on growing. (I strongly believe that Ken and the rest of team, created this tool just for me!) ;-)

When you join SBI! you will feel very special, too. They actually listen to our wishes and needs.

When you join SBI!, it is like having your own board of professional consultants that stay up to date in this confusing and ever changing online world. That way you can concentrate on buiding a successful website and get back to your real life.

I feel very blessed for finding SBI! a few years ago. I took the slow-and-steady tortoise path by building the sites "block by block" the SBI! way. Today, I can tell you that one of the saddest and trying situations of my life was actually easier to handle because I did not have to worry about losing my job and income.

No regrets, and a bright future ahead.

Both my mother and father passed away in January. I have no regrets as I was able to be there for them. For the past few months, I have taken additional time off from my business so I can grieve.

Soon I will be ready to complete three other sites that I had started previous to my mother's illness. I have no doubt they will be successful as well.

Now, I look at my husband and I want to work harder so we can take an even earlier retirement and enjoy our healthy years exploring the world and spending time with those we love.

You cannot count on your health forever, and Social Security will not provide you much financial "security" in the future.

Trust SBI! and try it today!!

Each day that you wait is a day farther away from financial freedom.

"No dejes para mañana lo que puedas hacer hoy."

I wish you happiness, success and safe travels,
Luisa Cupeles
